ESS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,320 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT2A, RANBP1, and WIZ. Each is linked with ESS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESS2-to-partner and partner-to-ESS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESS2 versus TRMT2A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
