ESS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPD4, LYZL4, and USP17L13. Each is linked with ESS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESS2-to-partner and partner-to-ESS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYPD4 grouped by ESS2-low versus ESS2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
