The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ESRRB Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ESRRB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, GBM, and COAD are the cancer types where ESRRB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
