ESRRAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRRAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,385 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRRAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDS5B, WDR19, and SCLY. Each is linked with ESRRAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRRAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ESRRAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESRRAP2 versus PDS5B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRRAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRRAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
