Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ESRRA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ESRRA data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher ESRRA Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ESRRA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, HNSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ESRRA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
