Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,160 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESRRA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MARK2, MRRF, and RAB25. Each is linked with ESRRA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRRA-to-partner and partner-to-ESRRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESRRA versus MARK2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
