Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRRA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESRRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK11, RBBP8P1, and ETV1. Each is linked with ESRRA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRRA-to-partner and partner-to-ESRRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESRRA versus DOCK11 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
