Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESRRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,033 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRRA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Mitochondrial potassium ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with ESRRA in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRRA-to-partner and partner-to-ESRRA results are reported.
