Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESRRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPY, AKR1D1, and GJA10. Each is linked with ESRRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRRA-to-partner and partner-to-ESRRA results are reported.
