ESRP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,589 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ESRP2_S573, CTNNA1, and P3H1. Each is linked with ESRP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRP2-to-partner and partner-to-ESRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESRP2 versus ESRP2_S573 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
