ESRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,147 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAL2, FAM83H, and IQANK1. Each is linked with ESRP1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRP1-to-partner and partner-to-ESRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESRP1 versus MAL2 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
