Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,384 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFFO1, CNRIP1, and STARD8. Each is linked with ESRP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRP1-to-partner and partner-to-ESRP1 results are reported.
