ESRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ESRP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRP1-to-partner and partner-to-ESRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by ESRP1-low versus ESRP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
