Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,474 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of inner ear receptor cell differentiation, Regulation of mechanoreceptor differentiation, and Cellular response to alcohol. Each is linked with ESRP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRP1-to-partner and partner-to-ESRP1 results are reported.
