Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,851 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN1, CD38, and GIMAP7. Each is linked with ESR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESR2-to-partner and partner-to-ESR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESR2 versus SEPTIN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
