Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,198 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNE2, POLE, and TONSL. Each is linked with ESR2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESR2-to-partner and partner-to-ESR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESR2 versus SYNE2 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
