Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,566 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Recombinational repair, Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, and Double-strand break repair. Each is linked with ESR2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESR2-to-partner and partner-to-ESR2 results are reported.
