Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRH2, TSLP, and POU3F2. Each is linked with ESR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESR2-to-partner and partner-to-ESR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRH2 grouped by ESR2-low versus ESR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
