ESF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and JNK2. Each is linked with ESF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESF1-to-partner and partner-to-ESF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha_pS118 grouped by ESF1-low versus ESF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
