ESCO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESCO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,688 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESCO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS9, PBK, and CDCA2. Each is linked with ESCO2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESCO2-to-partner and partner-to-ESCO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESCO2 versus INTS9 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESCO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESCO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
