ESCO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESCO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,681 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESCO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS54, DHX57, and GMCL1. Each is linked with ESCO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESCO1-to-partner and partner-to-ESCO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESCO1 versus VPS54 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
