ESCO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESCO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESCO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP2-2, CRYGD, and PRR20B. Each is linked with ESCO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESCO1-to-partner and partner-to-ESCO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP2-2 grouped by ESCO1-low versus ESCO1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
