ESAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,404 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA4, ARHGAP31_S1432, and CDH5. Each is linked with ESAM in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESAM-to-partner and partner-to-ESAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESAM versus LAMA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
