ESAM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,367 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, MYCT1, and BCL6B. Each is linked with ESAM in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESAM-to-partner and partner-to-ESAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESAM versus DIPK2B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
