ESAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,904 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD13P1, DCTPP1, and YIPF6. Each is linked with ESAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESAM-to-partner and partner-to-ESAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD13P1 grouped by ESAM-low versus ESAM-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
