ESAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4A11 and FAM205A. Each is linked with ESAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESAM-to-partner and partner-to-ESAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP4A11 grouped by ESAM-low versus ESAM-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
