ERRFI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERRFI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,489 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERRFI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMSB10, SLC2A1, and NDRG1. Each is linked with ERRFI1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERRFI1-to-partner and partner-to-ERRFI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERRFI1 versus TMSB10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERRFI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERRFI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
