ERRFI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERRFI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,143 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERRFI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERRFI1_S251, ERRFI1_S302, and ERRFI1_S326. Each is linked with ERRFI1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERRFI1-to-partner and partner-to-ERRFI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERRFI1 versus ERRFI1_S251 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERRFI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERRFI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
