ERRFI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERRFI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 964 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERRFI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf83, JMJD6, and PSMB7. Each is linked with ERRFI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERRFI1-to-partner and partner-to-ERRFI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2orf83 grouped by ERRFI1-low versus ERRFI1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERRFI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERRFI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
