Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERRFI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERRFI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTNL2, IQCF6, and TEX53. Each is linked with ERRFI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERRFI1-to-partner and partner-to-ERRFI1 results are reported.
