Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERP29P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,735 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERP29P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSP90AB3P, HNRNPKP4, and SKP1P1. Each is linked with ERP29P1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERP29P1-to-partner and partner-to-ERP29P1 results are reported.
