Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ERP29 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ERP29 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ERP29 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERP29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and UCEC are the cancer types where ERP29 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
