ERP29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERP29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548A2, RNA5SP369, and IGHD1-14. Each is linked with ERP29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERP29-to-partner and partner-to-ERP29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548A2 grouped by ERP29-low versus ERP29-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
