Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ERP27 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ERP27 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ERP27 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERP27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and PRAD are the cancer types where ERP27 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
