ERP27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERP27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 781 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERP27-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS12P15, MIR1251, and RNU6-561P. Each is linked with ERP27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERP27-to-partner and partner-to-ERP27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS12P15 grouped by ERP27-low versus ERP27-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERP27→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERP27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
