ERO1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERO1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERO1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY7, SNORD116-23, and ATP5PDP1. Each is linked with ERO1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERO1B-to-partner and partner-to-ERO1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTTY7 grouped by ERO1B-low versus ERO1B-high in ESCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERO1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERO1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
