ERO1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERO1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERO1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7orf77, KLHL40, and CST9. Each is linked with ERO1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERO1B-to-partner and partner-to-ERO1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C7orf77 grouped by ERO1B-low versus ERO1B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERO1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERO1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
