ERN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,533 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGR2, STARD10, and GCC2. Each is linked with ERN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERN2-to-partner and partner-to-ERN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERN2 versus AGR2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
