ERN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,805 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR2, MLPH, and MUC5B. Each is linked with ERN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERN2-to-partner and partner-to-ERN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERN2 versus AGR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
