ERN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,505 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6765, EME1, and RNU6-633P. Each is linked with ERN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERN2-to-partner and partner-to-ERN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6765 grouped by ERN2-low versus ERN2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
