ERN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ERN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERN1-to-partner and partner-to-ERN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ERN1-low versus ERN1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
