ERMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP4P2, RPL32P9, and TEMN3-AS1. Each is linked with ERMP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERMP1-to-partner and partner-to-ERMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FKBP4P2 grouped by ERMP1-low versus ERMP1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
