ERMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8G1, OR8D2, and PGK2. Each is linked with ERMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERMP1-to-partner and partner-to-ERMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8G1 grouped by ERMP1-low versus ERMP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
