ERMAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERMAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 767 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERMAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6509, MIR4716, and MDFIC2. Each is linked with ERMAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERMAP-to-partner and partner-to-ERMAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6509 grouped by ERMAP-low versus ERMAP-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERMAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERMAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
