ERMAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERMAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,603 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERMAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are BSDC1, IPP, and CARF. Each is linked with ERMAP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERMAP-to-partner and partner-to-ERMAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERMAP versus BSDC1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERMAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERMAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
