ERMAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERMAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERMAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPD52L3, CD300H, and OR6T1. Each is linked with ERMAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERMAP-to-partner and partner-to-ERMAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPD52L3 grouped by ERMAP-low versus ERMAP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERMAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERMAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
