ERLNC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERLNC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,874 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERLNC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIPBL, EVI2B, and AMPD3. Each is linked with ERLNC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERLNC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERLNC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERLNC1 versus NIPBL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERLNC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERLNC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
