ERLIN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERLIN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,338 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERLIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRF2, ASH2L, and PLPBP. Each is linked with ERLIN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERLIN2-to-partner and partner-to-ERLIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERLIN2 versus BRF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERLIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERLIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
