ERLIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERLIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,068 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERLIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-590P, TRIM51, and HMGB4. Each is linked with ERLIN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERLIN2-to-partner and partner-to-ERLIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-590P grouped by ERLIN2-low versus ERLIN2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERLIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERLIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
