ERLEC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERLEC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,234 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERLEC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COG3, TMEM263, and PPIF. Each is linked with ERLEC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERLEC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERLEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERLEC1 versus COG3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERLEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERLEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
